Everyone can experience a joyful and meaningful Passover! These resources, created by Gateways' experienced special education teachers, can help young children and students with disabilities learn about the customs and blessings of Passover.

1. A graphic with the order of the Seder illustrated with Picture Communication Symbols. Illustrating each word with a symbol helps to make content more accessible and understandable for prereaders and students with disabilities. Print this and laminate (or cover in clear packaging tape) to make it into a placemat that kids can write on to check off steps of the Seder as they happen.

2. A graphic with the 10 plagues illustrated with Picture Communication Symbols. Illustrating each word with a symbol helps to make content more accessible and understandable for prereaders and students with disabilities.

3. Select excerpt of the Four Questions (Ma Nishtanah) from Gateways' one-of-a-kind accessible Passover Haggadah. In The Gateways Haggadah, step-by-step directions for every element of the Passover Seder are clearly illustrated with vibrant photographs, and the meanings of Passover prayers and songs are illuminated by Picture Communication Symbols®. This Haggadah is perfect for pre-readers, individuals with disabilities and diverse learning needs, and those looking for an introduction to the blessings and customs of Passover.
