Materials Center Workshop and Visit with Teaching Beyond the Square

The Jewish Education Project
March 11, 2024

Before you throw anything away, look closely and ask yourself, "If I had a box of these, what would that look like? Or what else could this be?"

In this workshop for early childhood educators, we will engage in a hands-on experience with found materials, learn through group reflection, and shop for inspiring classroom materials in the Materials Center. See potential in unique materials and learn how to bring them back into the classroom to inspire your students and support your curriculum goals. The Jewish Education Project will provide a small stipend for each school to shop at the Materials Center and bring materials home to their classrooms.

Please reach out to Alaina Shuman with any questions.
