The miracle of the Menorah of Hanukkah and the candles that burnt for longer than they should have is a wonderful story of G-d's love, but we can't approach our own internal flames with that same optimism. In this resource, we will explore the concept of burnout and what we can do to naturally keep our flames burning longer. We will even have some suggested Menorah lighting rituals for relaxation and calmness.
