The Digital Tool Evaluation Rubric was developed to assist educators in selecting high-quality digital tools for online learning.  It utilizes a points system to evaluate each tool for Performance, Usability, Differentiation, Curriculum Connection, Feedback, Engagement, and Thinking Skills.  Each tool can receive a maximum of 28 points.

Developed by Jane Strong, Judy Lebefer, Kim Gould, Josiah Hodgett, and Sara Lindberg.  It is available on the WISELearn Resources Library of Wisconsin.
