Supporting the Whole Child: A Mental Health and Wellness Series
Session #2 Rescheduled: Thursday, October 28th, 2021
The last 18 months have affected all of us differently, leaving some of us feeling energized and others feeling disoriented. Join us for the second part of a 2-part series facilitated by Nancy Parkes that will focus on supporting the mental health and wellness of our K-8th grade learners this fall. Participants will have an opportunity to engage in self-care practices, learn techniques to understand the mental health of others, explore pedagogies that promote wellness and relationship building and think about what will be needed in their environments to support re-entry. This series is co-sponsored by The Blue Dove Foundation.
