This collection of Tu B’Shevat lesson plans provides differentiated instruction to ensure accessibility and engagement for all learners, from kindergarten through high school. With multiple entry points for learning—including storytelling, text study, discussion, creative expression, and sensory exploration—each lesson meets students where they are and supports diverse learning styles. Younger students engage with trees through imaginative activities, while older students reflect on biblical teachings and real-world environmental responsibility. These lessons empower all students to connect with Jewish traditions of conservation and appreciate their role in protecting the natural world.

Mensch-ify is an alternative learning program that is held twice a month for families with children in Pre-K to 6th grade. It is a developmentally appropriate program, built upon the parent-child co-learning experience, that combines stories, songs, art, movement, and play to provide families with the tools they need to live a Jewish life that works for them.
