Visions of Jewish Family Engagement

Jewish family engagement, both core and aspirational in our practice, has felt challenging these last two years.

Let's renew our efforts by boldly envisioning what is possible.

Together we will learn from the vision of Janet Harris and flesh out the details by hearing from San Francisco's Jewish Resource Specialists, a unique and immensely talented cohort supporting curriculum and community involvement in area Jewish EC centers.

This offering is brought to you by a collaboration between JCC Association's Sheva Center, Early Childhood Educators of Reform Judaism (ECE-RJ), The Paradigm Project, the Jewish Education Project, the Jewish Early Childhood Association, American Jewish University, the William Davidson Graduate School of Jewish Education at JTS, and the Jewish Federations and education agencies of Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver/Boulder, Los Angeles, Greater MetroWest NJ, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C.

Tikun Olam J Life

One of the successes of J-Life is that it continues to build community among parents. Most of the learners who started in kindergarten have stayed to continue going on to the upper grades. Parents express that they have a lot of fun participating in J-Life and that they enjoy coming to these experiences.
