The book of Genesis is a foundational text that often gets lost in stories and summaries. This book adaptation highlights the power and poetry inherent in its words and offers a meaningful way for classes to connect with them.

Tiptoe Through Genesis is meant to give middle and high school students, as well as adult learners, accessibility to the original words of Torah to experience its treasures and a way to discuss them.

The text has been adapted for authenticity and brevity and flow using a simple page format offering a short passage followed by two questions to get the conversation started.  Since answers are personal, rather than factual or true-false, participants feel safe sharing. See the four week lesson plan for more ideas.

Note: The book, Tiptoe through Genesis, is available for free on Kindle Unlimited. It is also available for purchase on Amazon. Contact Nancy Reuben Greenfeld for discounts if you have financial hardship or seek unlimited direct downloads as part of sharing with congregations, learning centers and groups.
