Tal Gozani is the founding Executive Director of the Israel Educational Travel Alliance (IETA) at the Jewish Federations of North America. She is a seasoned nonprofit leader specializing in cultivating Israel engagement and community connections. Previously serving as the Chief Program Officer at the Israeli-American Council, and holding significant roles at UCLA's Fielding School of Public Health and the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, she is dedicated to studying and nurturing Jewish identity development. Tal holds advanced degrees in Jewish History and a BA in philosophy.
