
The Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence conducts research and teaches people of all ages how to develop their emotional intelligence. The center conducts research and trainings around social emotional learning. Their most notable program is RULER- a systemic approach to SEL aimed to infuse the principles of emotional intelligence into the immune system of preK to 12 schools, informing how leaders lead, teachers teach, students learn, and families support students.
