Yad B'Yad Campaign – Lend Your Hand!

Over the past year, we’ve witnessed the incredible strength that comes from our shared responsibility as a global Jewish community. As Rosh Hashanah and Oct 7th approaches, let’s unite and uplift each other, growing even stronger together.

UnitEd, in partnership with Ministry for Diaspora Affairs and Combating Antisemitism, and AMI, has just launched a new website where anyone can lend a virtual supporting hand to a person or a community somewhere else in the Jewish world. How the YAD B'YAD Campaign Works:

• Students download a PDF of a hand, color it and with supporting words and drawing, and upload it to our site. UnitEd will then post it digitately allowing others who view the site to see it.
• A class of students fill out a form on the site with the school's details and write a message of support and encouragement.  The teacher then selects a place anywhere in the world to have their message sent.  On UnitEd's digital globe a hand will appear on the place where the message is being sent from. When a person entering the site clicks on the hand the message will appear with the details of the class/school from where it was sent. The hands that the class colored in can be also be uploaded on the site at the same time when sending the message.
