These are some resources to acknowledge the stress that comes from working in unsettled and unsettling times.

These resources help teachers identify secondary traumatic stress in their lives. This type of stress is an emotional distress that results when an individual hears about the traumatic experiences of another individual. 

Find out if you're at risk, fill out a self-assessment, and make a plan to care for yourself.
