Through this interactive, multimedia resource, students will develop a foundational understanding of the holiday of Tu Bishvat and discover how trees have shaped Jewish teachings through time. Students will explore the deep roots trees have in Jewish wisdom, our festive traditions, as well as the current and vital work in breathing new life into Israel's landscapes. Deep Roots, New Growth is a digital resource that is flexibly designed to be taught either interactively*, via discussion, or pen to paper.
