Spirituality adds depth, meaning, and purpose to our actions and experiences. Jewish spirituality encourages us to look beyond the surface of our rituals, traditions, and commandments to understand their deeper significance and how they connect us to God, to others, and to our inner selves. In their search for meaning, Jewish high school students are seeking answers to the why behind our traditions and the what and how. They yearn for answers to questions like Why does Judaism matter? How does it connect to my identity? My purpose? My relationships? Do my actions really make a difference?

Through ten carefully crafted units, this curriculum gently guides educators and students alike in exploring spiritual concepts that enrich their understanding of Torah and connect them to everyday practices. It empowers students to explore the essential questions of life, deepen their relationship with God, and connect their personal stories to the broader tapestry of Jewish tradition. We hope it will help you bring meaningful study into your classrooms and help your students on their lifelong spiritual pursuits.
