Shelley Kedar is the Director of Connecting the Jewish People Unit at the Jewish Agency. Kedar was the founding director of The Shlichut Institute, headed by Natan Sharansky, and served as the director of Israel Campus Fellows program, and Hillel International's first vice president for Israel education and engagement. Shelley is a doctoral candidate in Jewish education at the Jewish Theological Seminary in New York.
