Independent Educators Network

Facilitator: Mara Braunfeld
Format: Virtual

About this Network:

The Independent Educator Network is a national community for Jewish educators working in new and established independent learning programs, whether as individuals or within grassroots organizations. We elevate entrepreneurial Jewish learning initiatives to inspire, engage, and advance current and future independent educators. Our members provide Jewish learning rooted in their unique visions of Jewish life and practice while meeting each learner as an individual. Through the network, we explore and define our role in the broader field of Jewish education, dive deeper into interest areas specific to independent educational work, and nourish connections to one another through support, idea-sharing, and problem-solving. All network meetings are collaboratively planned by members and our facilitator.

Additional Information:

Anyone interested should be in touch with the facilitator to confirm that this is the appropriate network to join.
