Who Knows 49? The Many Things We Count

About

In the Jewish tradition, we count all kinds of things throughout the year. This sheet will highlight just a few of the things we count, and one, in particular, which we really don't like to count!

Through guided text study, teens and adults will delve into the concept of counting in Judaism.

The lesson reviews counting the omer, counting the  number of mitzvot, counting letters, words, and verses of the Torah, and not counting people.
