The IHRA’s Committee on Antisemitism and Holocaust Denial worked to build international consensus around a non-legally binding working definition of antisemitism. This working definition can help to create clarity for learners, as well as spark discussion about how they might perceive antisemitism in ways similar and different from this definition.
