Learn from Seasoned Jewish Educators Across North America
The WELL is a four month fellowship program designed to connect Jewish educators with support for their practice. Through a robust combination of educational training sessions and professional coaching The WELL will advance participants’ development as teachers, and support their meaningful impact in the communities they serve.
Aimed at: Jewish congregational or independent school teachers and all other Jewish educators who work in supplemental education programs across North America who want to refine their teaching craft.
Structure & Facilitators:
- Synchronous training sessions: Six 90-minute live webinars led by the fields’ top teachers and leaders.
- Group coaching sessions: Some communities may include their own coaching and reflection sessions between webinars.
Fellowship Learning Arc, Program dates, and coaching sessions
Six program dates, 90 minutes each: Sundays 7:00-8:30PM EST.

Community Partners: FREE

A community partner is an umbrella organization for a region (e.g., Jewish communal federation or central agency for education) or a congregation. Community partners pay a flat fee of $360.00 for an unlimited number of participants from that community/congregation. We will add community partner logos below as sponsors of this project.

Individual Participants: $180

If you do not live in a community partner region and/or your congregation is unable to sponsor at the community partner level, individuals are encouraged to register for a $180.00 fee.

Participating teachers may attend as many of the six sessions as they choose. All sessions are included for one price.
