Teen Engagement Professionals Network
About this Network:
The Teen Engagement Professionals Network is a collaborative effort between the Federation and partner agencies to facilitate cooperation among synagogues in the Greater Houston Jewish community including the outlying synagogues. We will coordinate programs to not overlap, share resources and provide opportunities to collaborate on common issues, learn from each other and to support synagogue engagement with all age groups. The Teen Engagement Professionals Network will be an inclusive network recognizing that each organization brings a unique set of skills and resources to the table.
Additional Information:
The Federation works to create a “Network Effect” to build capacity in Jewish organizations, encompassing 1,000+ lay and professional leaders with representation from 80+ organizations.
This includes collaborative networks the Federation is managing to create dialogue, share resources and best practices, training, and community data so that individual organizations can make decisions that are in the best interest of their constituents and help drive decision making when it is in the best interest of a group of key stakeholder organizations.
About the Facilitator:
Stephanie Marshall is the Jewish Education Manager at the Houston Federation of Greater Houston. Prior to coming to the Federation, Stephanie has worked at multiple synagogues and Jewish Education agencies around the country as the Educator, Youth Director and Program manager and is thrilled to put all her experience to work with the Federation. Stephanie earned her MAJE from HUC-JIR.
