We are excited to offer a 3-part community of practice with Randi Goldfarb, focused on how we can keep momentum while challenges show up in ECE classrooms. Come for an individual meeting or for all three! We will strategize and process for user-friendly approaches and solutions.

Randi Goldfarb, LCSW, President of Proactive Connections, LLC, is a mindfulness & social-emotional wellness-based behavioral expert with over 30 years of experience. Working to support people across the life span from infants through older adults, Randi focuses on creating meaningful opportunities to support her clients in promoting personal emotional wellness, cultivating healthy communication styles and building deeper relationships.

Her career path before, during, and since becoming a licensed clinical social worker has included working with individuals and groups; serving the special needs community; supporting children and adults experiencing medical challenges in varied settings; providing psychotherapy in a home visiting private practice, and as an SEL-based preschool teacher, early childhood behavior consultant and trainer, parenting coach, team building trainer, and certified yoga instructor. Randi is also the author of Yippee-Yahoo! I am Going to School, and the creator of the Keep Calm Kit. Randi is also blessed to be the mom of two sons whom she is grateful to learn from all the time! In everything Randi does personally and professionally, she passionately and intentionally incorporates yoga, mindfulness, social-emotional skill-building, and Jewish spiritual wisdom to enhance emotional attunement, regulation, connection and resilience in all those she supports. Randi also finds inspiration from navigating the obstacles and challenges of outdoor ropes courses, reading books she can hold in her hands, and discovering her buoyant nature learning how to swim later in life!
