Data makes the case for innovation. It provides decision-makers and participants with indicators and evidence that desired outcomes are being achieved. As such, it serves to prove the positive difference the new model is making which then becomes a driver of expanded innovation. Also, keeping good records of decision-making provides a paper (or digital) trail that you can refer back to when it is time for future leadership to step in.

Wonder of Learning was an exhibition of the infant-toddler centers and preschools of the Istituzione Municipality of Reggio Emilia, Italy. We are including this amazing exhibition and these resources as part of our Site Visits since we led four different guided educator trips there in 2015.
One of the successes of J-Life is that it continues to build community among parents. Most of the learners who started in kindergarten have stayed to continue going on to the upper grades. Parents express that they have a lot of fun participating in J-Life and that they enjoy coming to these experiences.
