Community Trainings

Seeking meaningful, relevant PD opportunities for your teachers/staff as you kick off the new school year? 
 

The Jewish Education Project is offering the following interactive workshops for supplementary school teachers, starting in August 2025 - brought to you in-person in your community. 

Workshops are:

• For any Jewish educators working with relevant age groups, regardless of how Israel, media literacy, or antisemitism show up in their classrooms and curriculum.
• 90 minutes–3 hours, and can be tailored to the group’s needs.
• For groups of 12+ participant educators; neighboring communities are encouraged to share one workshop where possible.  
• Led by The Jewish Education Project staff.
• FREE for Long Island, Westchester, and New York City locations. Schools and organizations outside of New York should reach out to Jenna Handler to discuss pricing and availability.

Upon confirmation of your workshop date/times and assignment of a facilitator from The Jewish Education Project, your facilitator will schedule a 45-minute planning meeting to help us better understand your staff/school’s particular context and needs.
