Microgrant Ideation Sessions | Option 1
Want to create a program around a certain topic but aren’t sure where to go with it? Or have a great microgrant idea and need help fleshing it out? Come to our microgrant ideation session to delve into the topic and brainstorm with colleagues as you clarify your ideas and think about options and opportunities.
This session will focus on the following microgrant areas of concentration:
- Digital Engagement
Creating innovative and impactful digital engagement. Developing new ways to use technology to foster community at a time when the opportunity for gathering is not a given.
- Intergenerational Engagement
Implementing new ways to support the older generations in our communities who might feel more isolated during this time. Working to empower multiple generations in a family to engage with Jewish education in creative ways.
- Gender Equity
Create opportunities to promote fairness, equality, and safety for all genders. Seek to build skills among staff, create awareness and a welcoming environment among learners, and/or address gender-related issues in Jewish life.
Supporting all ages as we individually and communally struggle with the aftershocks of COVID-19 and other stressors. Ideas that support mental health, wellness, and self-care.
