Leading with Mindfulness
During the session, school leaders developed an understanding of mindfulness through practice and reflection and explore the science of stress and how it impacts the mind and body.
This session began with a Jewish text study focused on mindfulness led by #ParadigmShifter Mary Passell. Then we learned with Ronna Pritikin-Berk from Calm Classroom.
Participants also had the opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue around these topics while learning simple, accessible strategies for increasing mental and emotional health in yourselves, your faculty, your students, and your school community. Participants will receive access to a digital manual with rituals ready for the classroom.
